NEO-PIとは

NEO-PI(NEO Personality Inventory)とはBig fiveに基づき作られた性格検査です。

心理学でBig fiveとはNeuroticism(情緒不安)、Extraversion₍外向性)、Openess to Experiende(開放性)、Agreeableness(調和性)、Conscienousness(勤勉性）の５つを指します。

MBTIの性格検査はNeuroticismを考慮に入れていないため、NEO-PIの性格検査のほうがその点でより正確なのかもしれません。
